Our rates
Prices are per day and in euros.
Drinks are not included in the price.
The tourist tax costs €2.50 per day per person and applies to guests over 18 for the first 7 days.
Types of stay
Bed & Breakfast
includes accommodation in the chosen room type and breakfast.
Drinks excluded.
Half Board
includes accommodation in the chosen room type, breakfast and dinner.
Drinks excluded.
Full Board
includes accommodation in the chosen room type, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Drinks excluded.
Check-in / Check-out and Restaurant
Check-in
Rooms will be available from 12:00 on the day of arrival. Before this time, we cannot guarantee the availability of accommodation or parking spaces.
Check-out
The room must be vacated by 10:00 to allow the next guests to access the room at the scheduled booking time and with maximum cleanliness.
Restaurant
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in our internal restaurant. Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the hotel bill.
As a replacement and upon advance request, we will be pleased to prepare packed lunches.
Booking
The booking is considered valid after definitive confirmation by the hotel, followed by payment of a confirmation deposit equal to 30% of the total amount within the indicated terms.
The deposit will be fully deducted from the total amount at the end of the stay, provided there is no material damage to the room or property. Otherwise it will be considered a security deposit. If it is not sufficient to cover the damage, the difference will be requested on site.
If the booking has been paid in full in advance, the same conditions mentioned above will apply.
Early departure
In case of early departure, the guest will pay for the days stayed plus a penalty of 3 overnight stays.
In case of cancellation, the deposit or the full prepaid balance will not be refunded.
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before arrival, excluding the day of arrival. We fully refund the deposit paid with a voucher that can be used by September of the current year.
In case of late cancellation in the 3 days before the arrival date, or no-show, we will retain the deposit amount as a penalty.
